TROY CHRISTENSEN - PE, QSP/QSD, QISP - Managing Principal

Troy Christensen’s 27 years of expertise spans all aspects of sustainability, product stewardship, environmental, health and safety, engineering, operations, management system evaluation and implementation. He has worked for the semiconductor, solar, LED, petrochemical, chemical, manufacturing, biotechnology, transportation, power production, retail, office/consumer products and food and beverage industries, as well as universities and government agencies. He has extensive experience in the application of EHS programs and procedures, including hazardous waste management, laser safety, wastewater, solid waste, and air quality regulatory compliance, and strategic planning. Troy has a Bachelor's of Civil Engineering with emphasis on environmental engineering from the University of Minnesota and is also certified as a Six Sigma Green Belt.

TANIA TINOCO - EHS Technician

Before joining Otis Institute in June 2016, Tania Tinoco worked for more than twelve years in several municipal and state administrations of Cuernavaca, Mexico. She has five years’ legal experience in the regulation of environmental protection. Tania ensured corporate compliance both by leading environmental inspections relevant to noise, solid waste/air emission pollution, vegetation, etc., and by enforcing legal procedure against environmental offenders. She is now applying her experience, rigor, and perseverance collaborating with Bay Area companies seeking to comply with and/or exceed regional, state, and national environmental, health, and safety regulations. Tania has a bachelor’s degree (Licenciatura) in Law and Social Sciences from the Autonomous University of the State of Morelos, Mexico

Andrea Elliott joined Otis Institute in 2017 after over 20 years in the technology infrastructure field.
